Jane Santoni isn’t just the lead guitarist for The Objections—she’s proof that rock ‘n’ roll knows no boundaries. With 25 years of experience and a rare presence as a female lead guitarist, Jane brings killer riffs, passion, and undeniable cool to every stage she plays.

From her early days founding Skyre, an all-girl high school band, to stints with Off The Ladder and other projects, Jane’s sound draws from legends like Nancy and Ann Wilson, Mark Knopfler, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Offstage, she’s a tenants’ rights and consumer protection lawyer (fitting for the band’s name) and enjoys hiking in her free time. Jane’s skill, soul, and swagger prove that guitar solos are for anyone who dares to own them—and she does, every single time.

 Julie Mazer is the powerhouse lead vocalist of The Objections, bringing energy and emotion to every performance. Singing since childhood, she has a background in musical theater and fronting her high school’s rock band. This is her exciting debut with a cover band, where she channels influences like Pink, Alanis Morissette, Joan Jett, and Demi Lovato.

By day, Julie is a Digital Marketing Strategist, and in her free time, she enjoys hosting trivia, solving puzzles, and spending time with her dog, Bubba. Julie’s love of performing shines through in her ability to connect with the crowd and bring songs to life with her theatrical flair and heartfelt delivery.

Travis Velter is a musical powerhouse, blending decades of keyboard mastery with dynamic guitar skills to fuel The Objections’ sound. With 58 years of experience, he’s shared his talents with bands like Paradox, Satisfaction, Off The Ladder, and more, leaving his mark on every stage he’s played.

Inspired by legends like Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, and Derek Trucks, Travis seamlessly weaves together rock, funk, blues, and soul. His eclectic influences range from the intricate compositions of Yes and Chicago to the iconic grooves of Earth, Wind & Fire, crafting a style that’s both bold and versatile.

Outside of music, Travis is a builder and creator, whether he’s repairing guitars, designing amps, or taking on new projects. His innovative spirit and deep connection to the music make him a driving force in The Objections’ lineup.

 Bob "B'Mac" MacDonough brings a lot of heart and soul to The Objections bringing six decades of thunderous bass grooves and searing guitar licks to the stage. 

A veteran of the rock scene, he’s played with legendary local acts like Classroom Dragons, Marge's Brownies, Jimmy and the Joint Jumpers, Gary and the Groove, Off The Ladder, and Satisfaction.  

His musical DNA is a fusion of the swing bands of the '40s, the grit of ‘60s and ‘70s rock, and the raw emotion of blues and blues-rock. From the soaring riffs and deep grooves of Zeppelin and Hendrix to the soulful masterpieces of the Allman Brothers and Santana, Bob’s influences shape a sound that’s both powerful and timeless.  

When he’s not rocking the stage, Bob dives into guitar and amp repair, grows his own fruits and vegetables, and explores aquaculture and outdoor activities. His no-nonsense approach to music—focusing on soul and authenticity over flashy technique—makes him the ultimate rock ‘n’ roll craftsman. 

 Having started the trumpet just six years ago, Tim’s dedication and love for music shine through every note he plays. Inspired by legends like Al Hirt, Herb Alpert, and Cynthia Robinson, he brings a fresh, dynamic energy to The Objections’ sound.

In addition to his trumpet playing, Tim lends his voice to songs, adding harmonies and depth to the band’s performances. And you can always spot him dancing along—his infectious energy is a staple of every show.

With musical influences ranging from Buddy Holly and The Beatles to Steely Dan, Radiohead, and Living Colour, Tim’s style bridges the classic and the contemporary.

Tim enjoys bicycle riding, birdwatching, hiking, diving into mathematics, and catching NBA games. Whether he’s playing, singing, or dancing, Tim brings enthusiasm and a whole lot of fun to every Objections performance.

 John Lascuola is the powerhouse drummer behind The Objections!, delivering decades of experience and a rock-solid beat to every performance. 

With 52 years behind the kit, John has played with a long list of bands, including Medusa, Nightshade, Vital Signs, Brass Works, Dublin Soul/Joy Ride, Electric Carnival, and Texas Flood. His expertise and dynamic style make him an unstoppable force on stage.

Inspired by drumming legends Gene Krupa, Carl Palmer, and Mitch Mitchell, John’s playing blends technical brilliance with a raw, energetic groove. His love for iconic bands like The Who, Led Zeppelin, Bad Company, and Grand Funk shapes his timeless rock sound.

John spends his time ghost hunting and exploring Civil War history. With his talent and passion for music, John keeps the heartbeat of The Objections steady and strong, ensuring every show is unforgettable.
